Our Story

Makedian Softech Solutions is a consulting partner for Salesforce, HubSpot, n8n and Claude AI, headquartered in Maryland, USA with a delivery center in Noida, India. We help growing companies in the US, UK and Australia get more out of their CRM, their automation and their AI, whether that means building one of those from the ground up or making the ones they already have work better together.

Makedian was founded in 2021 by Anurag Saxena, who brought 14+ years of experience in the CRM industry into building the firm from day one. That experience shaped how Makedian works: not as a platform reseller, but as a team that treats implementation as the start of the relationship, not the end of the project.

Each of our four practices stands on its own. Companies hire us for a standalone Salesforce implementation. Others bring us in purely to build out HubSpot, or to automate a workflow in n8n, or to put Claude AI to work on a specific problem, with no other platform involved. We are certified partners in each: Salesforce, HubSpot, n8n and Claude AI, and each practice is staffed and run to deliver on its own merits.

Where Makedian goes further is when a client already runs two or more of these and wants them to actually talk to each other. That's where our four-layer approach comes in: Salesforce or HubSpot as the system of record, n8n as the automation layer connecting your tools, and Claude AI as the judgment layer that reasons over your data instead of just moving it. It's an additional capability we bring, not the only reason to work with us, one team that can design your CRM, build the automation around it, and put AI to work on top of it, instead of you coordinating three separate vendors who have never spoken to each other.
