Salesforce Developer aim to expand we are looking to hire some like minded young enthusiasts who are keen to learn Team Management Skills and have good hold on Salesforce from scratch and want to avoid any role that just needs to do basic tasks.
2+ years of experience as Salesforce developer
In-depth understanding of Salesforce programming including APEX, Force.com, and Visual Force
Strong client-facing communication skills
Ability to learn quickly and function as a positive and creative member of a team
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or closely related field or equivalent experience
Strong presentation and communication skills.
3-5 years’ experience as a Salesforce Developer.
Experience in Force.com development, Apex, Lightning, LWC and Configuration & Customization in any of the Force.com application.
Hands on experience in writing apex classes, triggers, visual force pages, lightning components using LWC and aura.
Strong SFDC knowledge and Integration components for SFDC
Strong understanding of CRM, data, and design best practices.
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members in different geographies.
Excellent written (Business & Technical), verbal and listening communication skills.
Must be able to handle multiple competing priorities in a dynamic team environment
Strong Communication skills
Lead project execution by assuming ownership of communication with clients, leading client and team meetings to ensure proper discovery of business requirements and managing the execution from planning and design to insight generation and final recommendations.
Coordinate and be responsible for business requirements gathering and translating those requirements for the Salesforce development team.
Hands on experience in writing apex classes, triggers, visual force pages, lightning components using LWC and aura.
Assume ownership of internal practice development and capability building initiatives.
Prior experience with client interactions and ability to deliver clear and concise presentations both internally and externally, should be Client/Project Oriented to ensure the goals and requirements are understood.
Facilitating the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders.
Build use cases, business flow diagrams, user stories, and perform gap analysis
Must be able to handle multiple competing priorities in a dynamic team environment
Identifying the current- and future-state business processes.
Helping the business stakeholders envision the future and how their work will need to change to support the future.
Creating, analyzing, and validating detailed functional specifications.
