- To address the complex ownership assignment, a custom junction object named "Property Contact" was created. This object facilitated the connection between Contacts and the "Property" object, allowing the selection of an appropriate Relationship Type for each connection (8 options were provided). Additionally, a checkbox field named "Primary Owner" was added to the junction object, enabling users to mark the primary owner based on the individual or related contact.

- To overcome the limitation of individual contact dialing, the team leveraged the "Property Contact" junction object and PhoneBurner, a power dialer application. By configuring PhoneBurner, they were able to seamlessly call all contacts associated with specific properties through the junction object.
