Makedian Softech Solutions Private Limited (“Makedian”) and its related Salesforce consulting services (“Services”) are subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”) set forth below. Please read carefully.

Makedian reserves the right to update and change these Terms at any time without prior notice. New features, tools, or enhancements to Services (e.g., Sales Cloud implementations, AppExchange apps) shall be subject to these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes your consent.

Violation of these Terms will result in account termination. While Makedian prohibits improper conduct on the Services, you agree we cannot be held responsible for user-generated content, and you use Services at your own risk.

Account Terms

  • You must be a human (18+ years). Bot or automated registrations are prohibited.

  • Makedian may contact you via email, WhatsApp, or phone for account updates, service news, or inquiries. Form submissions (e.g., 'Contact Us') auto-subscribe you; opt-out by replying STOP or emailing info@makedian.com.

  • You are responsible for securing your account credentials. Makedian is not liable for losses from your failure to do so.

  • You own all activity and content under your account, including inquiries, chats, or demos (even if user-generated).

  • Plans have usage limits; abuse may lead to temporary suspension—we'll seek your cooperation.

  • We reserve the right to accept/refuse clients at our discretion, including registration, renewals, or plan changes.

  • Provide accurate details: full legal name, valid business email, authorized payment info (INR/USD), and other requested data for service access.

Services Usage

  • Services include Salesforce consulting, customization, training, and support delivered globally from our Agra, India HQ.

  • Payments are non-refundable; late fees apply per Indian law.

  • Comply with all Applicable Laws (DPDPA, IT Act, TRAI for India; GDPR/CCPA globally).

Termination and Liability

We may suspend/terminate accounts for violations without liability. Services provided "AS IS"; no warranties. Liability limited to fees paid in prior 6 months.

Governing Law

India/Uttar Pradesh laws apply; disputes in Agra courts or arbitration.
